1、在面試剛開始的時候不要過度彰顯你的自信，而應該把所有的注意力集中在你的謙虛和禮貌上。彬彬有禮的態(tài)度和語氣會給面試官留下很好的印象分。

2、請確認你是否知道面試官的姓名（除非有好幾個人參加對你的面試），通常情況下，你應該這樣開頭：Good morning/afternoon, Mr./Ms…….My name is……; thank you very much for considering my application and giving me the opportunity to meet you.

3、常見英文面試問答：

①Q: What are your reasons for applying for this job?

A: I’ve always been interested in …/I’ve always wanted to …

②Q: What are your reasons for wanting to work for our company?

A: Your company has an excellent reputation for …; I’m very impressed by … ((Remarks: Mention something specific about the company – do your homework!)

③Q: What practical experience do you have which would help you in this job?

A: I have worked for… as…to be responsible for… for…months/years. During this period, I have helped the company to solve… (Problems), and I learnt … (Skill/knowledge) which will be definitely be of use in this job I am applying now for.

④Q: What makes you feel that you’re the right person for this job?

A: I’m loyal and hard-working, and very good at … If I’m given the chance, I think I can contribute to the company’s growth and development by …

⑤Q: Well, thank you for coming in, Mr/Ms……; we’ll be in touch with you shortly.

A: Thank you again for giving me the chance to meet you. I’ll look forward to hearing from you in due course.

4、剛畢業(yè)的大學生，通常會因為沒有什么工作經驗而受到質疑，當面試官提出這樣的問題時，你也不要為此過于緊張和擔心。你應該巧妙地回避你的缺點、而著重挖掘你已有的能力，特別是你的個人學習能力。你也可以表明你的觀點：積極、快速、自主地去學習各種知識來充實自己，從而達到個人發(fā)展和工作上的要求。你可以這樣表達：I taught myself to use Photoshop and Excel by buying the manuals, and I’m pretty proficient.或者是When I was at university，I took the chance to study German as an extra subject, and reached a reasonable level.

7、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃步驟：了解自己、鑒別工作興趣、確定如何才能實現(xiàn)目標

8、成功的面試需要準備三個步驟：

步驟一是準備幾個描述您實際成果的小故事；

步驟二是練習你的面試技巧；

步驟三是在您動身去面試之前讓自己熟悉以下幾點“要”和“不要”
